Join us for an engaging CLE with Lana Steven as she dives into advising Montana small businesses on compliance with state and federal leave and accommodation laws. This is a great CLE to advise clients or for any attorney who owns or manages his or her own law firm.

This program will cover:

• The complex interplay between federal statutes—FMLA, ADA, and PWFA—and Montana’s distinct legal requirements, including maternity leave and state-specific accommodation laws. Attendees will take away practical strategies for guiding small business clients, responding effectively to employee requests, and reducing legal risks.
