Last Chance to Register for our The Treasure State: An Overview of Agriculture & Related Legal Issues in Montana CLE

Join us for a CLE presented by Zach Coccoli and Anna Kecskés, agency legal counsel for the Montana Department of Agriculture.  Agriculture remains Montana’s leading industry, yet many practitioners have limited exposure to the Montana Department of Agriculture, its regulatory authority, and the range of services and programs it administers. This CLE will offer attorneys a practical, broad-based introduction to the Department’s role in supporting the state’s agricultural economy, including its core functions, key programs, and how it interacts with producers, agribusinesses, and the broader legal community. In the second half of the program, presenters will focus on the legal landscape currently shaping Montana agriculture, addressing the major issues, trends, and challenges practitioners are likely to encounter in their work with agricultural clients. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of both the regulatory framework and the emerging legal issues affecting this critical sector of Montana’s economy. This CLE is well suited for attorneys who advise agricultural clients, as well as those simply looking to build foundational knowledge of a state agency central to Montana’s economic and legal landscape.
